Instructions

1. Select Meet: Choose the Meet for which you would like to register from the select list. If your meet is not listed, please contact vausag@aol.com.
2. Team Information: Check that you are entering information for the correct meet. Complete all Team Information.
3. Coach Information: Add a coach by completing all requested information then clicking "Add". You cannot proceed until at least one coach has been added.
4. Athlete Information:  Complete all information for the gymnasts competing at this meet. Note that "Qualification Meet Information" is only required for State meets, and all three fields must be filled in. Click "Add" after entering information for each athlete. You can edit an athlete by clicking the USAG#. Note that any athlete who does not match the age requirements will be flagged with ** next to their age.
5. Summary:  Verify that total number of gymnasts is correct. Correct on "Athletes" tab if needed. Click on the "Print Version" link to print a copy for your records. Also, a copy of the entry form will automatically be emailed to your club's contact email address, the host club and the appropriate VAUSAG officials.
6. For Sectional meets, bring a copy of your Athlete page(s) to the meet.
