• Fill out ENTRY FORM - it's new, it's interactive and it will save all of us time!
• Entry deadline is Monday, March 31, 2008 ($25 per gymnast late fee assessed for late or incomplete entries)
• Levels 4 & 5 - 31.50 All Around qualifying score required for entry
• Entry Fee is $60 per gymnast (all levels)
• Make all Checks payable to Gymstrada
• Achievement ribbons and Sectional All Around medal is presented

FROM THE NORTH:

• Take I-95 S towards Richmond
• Take exit 84A on the left to merge onto I-295 S toward Rocky Mt NC
• Take exit 28A to merge onto I-64 E toward VA Beach/Norfolk
• Take exit 284B for Newtown Rd
• Keep left at the fork to continue toward N Newtown Rd/VA-403
• Merge onto N Newtown Rd/VA-403
• Turn left at Slight left at Parliament Dr Princess Anne Rd/VA-165 S
• Slight left at Parliament Dr

FROM I-64:

• Take 64 E TO 264 E towards Newtown Road Exit towards VA Beach
• Take exit 284B for Newtown Rd (first Newtown Road Exit South)
• Bear Right at first traffic light.
• Take a Left on Princess Anne Road at the traffic light
• At next light bear Left onto Parliament Drive
• Gym is on Left (Citgo Gas Station across street)
